Structure

• Use two headings, each with 200-ish words

• Readers are scanners, they are looking for a heading, followed by a brief description.
• Speak precisely, say what you mean to the 10-year-old.

1. Identify with your customer’s problem or expectation
2. Mention the benefits of what you are selling or providing
3. Make a recommendation that excites your customer

Image Sizing

• Ideal max width dimension size = 600 pixels x 400 pixels
• Ideal file size = 100 kb (or less)  – Reducing the width is a good way of reducing the “file size”
• How to reduce file size? –
  Bring up the image onto your desktop, click “tools” in the menu bar.
  Click the option to “adjust size” > click adjust “width”  & type 600 pixels > Click “OK” > go back to “File” on your desktops menu > click save (or export)  to desktop for ease of finding.
• How to find “file size” Go to menu > click Inspect. This will show you the dimensions and the file size of the image.
