Santa Claus Is Coming To Town …
Yip that’s right!
Santa is coming to Tedder Ave, Saturday 21st December, 4 to 7pm and bringing with him a sack of goodies!
Aside from treats for the children, he has rustled up some great live music, buskers and roving entertainment for everyone to enjoy. The festive atmosphere will provide the backdrop to a street-wide happy hour and Christmas specials in each restaurant. Event Manager, Milly Reynolds said,
“It will be an exciting afternoon where locals and visitors to Main Beach can celebrate Christmas together. We have a wonderful community, who really enjoy getting out and having fun and I think the music lineup will keep everyone entertained.”
Visitors to the street can enjoy offerings such as the James Street Preachers playing fantastic blues and jazz, to the award-winning harmonies of the Capella group, The Blenders, who will be wandering the street singing Christmas carols. Families will be thrilled to see Santa and there will be a few other surprises for the children too.”
