Meet Leeanne the Villager

A little bit about Leeanne…

As far as I am aware Leeanne is the only candidate that is also a Villager here in Main Beach. I first meet Leeanne some years ago through her husband Graham who just happens be a fellow cycling nut like myself and we have done a few rides together.

Leeanne has completed the London Marathon for the heart foundation, raising $10,000 along the way. Leeanne is also very passionate about our youth and has twice completed the Kokada Challenge here on the Gold Coast, to raise money for underprivileged teenagers. Whilst Graham’s passion is cycling, Leeanne’s passion is in endurance events, and has completed many events around the Gold Coast. Local Community Theatres are also a passion for Leeanne to which she volunteers her time to over the years.

Leeanne was born in country Victoria and began her working life in a textiles factory (Fletcher Jones,) and the tender age of 25 she started her own retail business. Leeanne and Graham then moved to Queensland with their son Troy with the aim of giving him better opportunities. Troy has since gone onto become a Civil Engineer.

Passionate about ‘Australian-made’, Leeanne runs a manufacturing, retail and wholesale business in Southport which is is a licensee of the Australian-made campaign. “To stop this great country from being flooded with cheap imports we need to bring back elevated import taxes”, she says. Married for 39 years, Leeanne has a son and grandson. She’s always had a strong interest in Australia and what has happened to it both culturally and economically.

Meet Leeanne Schultz the One Nation Candidate for Moncrieff

Leeanne decided to join One Nation because it’s the party that listens to the people and builds its policies around what the people want. Leeanne has put her best foot forward to help bring about the changes needed to ensure a great Australia.

Within the Moncrieff electorate, Leeanne has seen a growing need for drug rehabilitation programs and for tougher enforcement of penalties for the dealers and manufacturers of these drugs that are destroying victims and their families. There is also a growing need for a better court system, especially within the family courts where many cases of domestic violence (both men and women) could have been prevented if their case could have been heard.

So if you are reading this and want to support a local villager stepping up onto the big stage to defend and build our Australian values, then vote One Nation.

Standing Up and putting her best foot forward!
