About New Way Lawyers
New Way Lawyers is Australia’s first non-profit law firm founded by CEO, Carolyn Devries in 2009. As a non-profit law firm, New Way Lawyers are not motivated by profit or financial gain because there are no shareholders or partners in their organisation. There is also no financial benefit for individuals that serve on their board of directors. This means their focus is serving our clients and fees are more accessible because the purpose of fees is to cover costs, not to generate profit. At New Way Lawyers, families are special. When difficult situations like separation and divorce occur, they care and we want to help. Their sole purpose is to provide a holistic response for individuals who are facing these challenging situations so they can find a pathway forward for the future.
