Meet the chef and front-of-house

Local women Kellie Rolfe and Jenna Finch are putting their years of five-star hotel experience to work with ‘Hot Shott’. The young entrepreneurs combine top-flight food and service with a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Main Beach. Enjoy breakfast, brunch or lunch with the best people-watching location on the street.

Kellie and Jenna bring a wealth of knowledge to Tedder Avenue’s food scene and their menu reflects their wide range of traditional and modern cooking techniques, with some original local twists thrown in! You’ll find some café favourites, but with new interpretations and innovative dishes that surprise and delight your tastebuds.

Working with the seasons, Head Chef Kellie Rolfe uses only the best quality ingredients to deliver dishes that delight the eye and the palate.
